The Lola Designline is characterised by the combination of openness and closedness.
The closed section of the gate wing consists out of aluminium infill profile with dimension 200x25mm,
which are connected to each other with a tongue and groove connection,
ensuring a perfectly closed system.
The profiles have bevelled edges at the top and bottom,
creating a v-shaped groove between the two profiles,
also known as V-Match.
To make the gate completely sight proof, optional aluminium
covering profiles can be fitted between the gate post and the
gate wing. The unique circular shape of the hinge-profile ensures that
possible entrapment is minimised.
The open part of the gate wing consists out of a beautifully designed
crosses, lasered from a solid sheet. This special way of
gate decoration makes the Lola Designline really stand out within our
range.
The Lola gates are standard provided with a textured coating in the
colours Anthracite-grey (RAL 7016) or Jet-black (RAL 9005). The gate wings
have been pre-treated with a high-quality SEASIDE pre-treatment technique:
the best corrosion protection for aluminium profiles!
As a result, the profiles have better resistance in aggressive
environments such as coastal areas, heavy industrial zones and urban areas.
